On the corner of Washington St. and Grand Parade, you've got this beautiful landmark of a building which is late Georgian in style but iconic to the city. Known locally as Singer's Corner as you have the Singer Shop on the ground floor. Love how the light kisses the floral pattern here and waiting around for a few minutes insured that I managed to get a bird into the frame.
