Shipping

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival at the final destination.
A2, A1 & A0 Framed Prints cannot be shipped. They must be collected from St. Luke’s Cross (Outside Henchy's Bar), Cork City. After the order is placed, you will be contacted to arrange collection.

Packaging:

• A4 & A3 Prints are generally packaged flat on a backing board in a plastic sleeve and posted in a corrugated cardboard envelope.
• A2, A1 & A0 Prints are rolled in acid-free rice paper and posted in a heavy-duty, hard cardboard box.

Shipping Methods:

• Shipping within Ireland is via An Post standard post.
• International orders are sent by An Post standard or tracked post. If you choose the tracked option at checkout, a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

If your order goes missing, please email hello@peterotoole.ie, and we will investigate.

Please Note:

• Peter O’Toole is not responsible for any additional levies, customs duties, or import taxes incurred by you (the buyer).
• Peter O’Toole is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• If the destination country is unavailable at checkout, please email hello@peterotoole.ie for assistance.

Delivery Lead Times:

• Ireland: 5 working days
• UK: 7 working days
• Europe: 10 working days
• USA/Canada: 10–15 working days
• Rest of World: 15 working days

Please note: These lead times are guidelines only. If you need an order urgently, email hello@peterotoole.ie with your desired delivery date. We’ll do our best to expedite your order. For urgent local orders, selecting the ‘Pickup’ option at checkout and collecting from St. Luke’s Cross, Cork City, avoids delays.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of placing it. To cancel, contact us at hello@peterotoole.ie.

• If your order has not been dispatched, you will not be charged postage costs.
• If your order has shipped, you are responsible for the postage fees for sending it back.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email hello@peterotoole.ie, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
• General Returns: Prints, calendars, greeting cards, postcards, and tote bags must be returned in their original condition and undamaged packaging within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Important Notes:

• You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
• If we find fault with the order, we reserve the right to recover associated fees and expenses. If no fault is found, we offer a replacement or refund for the item cost. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
• Framed Prints: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for framed prints.
